Returns Policy

If you aren’t completely happy with the item you purchased you have 28 days from the date of purchase to return the item to us.To return an item it must be returned in saleable condition, with the original tags and labels still attached and in its original packaging along with your order number, name and address.

You can return an item in store or please post to us:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

You will receive your refund within 14 days.

Shipping costs are non refundable.

Your refund will be in the same format as the original payment.

Exchange

We cannot offer an exchange.

Shipping

Once your order is received, we will ship it within 3-4 working days.

The cost of shipping to anywhere in Ireland is €6.

We ship in the Republic of Ireland. We currently do not offer shipping outside of the Republic of Ireland.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.
